PROGRAM FOCUS + OUTCOMES:
By spending time in the natural world and through the safe, developmentally appropriate exploration of our own "backyard" children will develop: -a sense of curiosity and inquiry about nature (leadership skills) - awareness of how to move on the land (gross motor skills and balance) - a widened range of sensory experiences through listening and observation (communication skills) - creativity through nature craft activities (fine motor skills) - social skills through group activities (cooperation + conflict resolution) |
